  • International Orders: For our valued international customers 30-35 days,  depending on your location and local customs processes. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

5.No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We regret to inform you that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option at this time. Please explore the various secure payment methods available during the checkout process to complete your purchase.

6.Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delivery issues. Neela will not be responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
